Home Care means different things to different people. From a quick visit to drop off medication, to overnight care so your loved one can rest without worry. Whatever your family needs, we’re here to help.

A Life That Feels Familiar. Home Care allows you to remain in the place you feel most comfortable, with support that fits naturally into your daily life. Each care plan is thoughtfully shaped around your individual needs, preferences and routines — not just what you need, but how you like things to be done.

As your needs evolve, your care evolves with you. This means support that continues to feel right over time, without disruption, allowing you to stay in control of how your day-to-day life looks and feels.

Support That Fits Around You

Support can include everything from personal care and preparing meals to help with medication, mobility, or simply having someone familiar visit regularly. Whether you need occasional support or more consistent visits, everything is designed to work seamlessly around your routines.

Rather than fitting into a fixed schedule, your care is built around you — your preferences, your pace, and the small details that make a difference. It’s about making everyday life that little bit easier, while maintaining your independence and sense of normality.

People You Know and Trust

You’ll be supported by a small, carefully selected team who take the time to get to know you properly. Familiar faces bring reassurance and continuity, helping to build genuine relationships based on trust, understanding and respect.

Beyond practical support, this means companionship, confidence and the comfort of knowing someone is there who understands you — creating a sense of ease, stability and reassurance in your own home.

We provide outstanding-rated Home Care and Live-in Care throughout Oxford, West Oxfordshire and South Oxfordshire.

Bluebird Care have been absolutely fantastic in the care they have provided to my grandmother. Each of the carers have been kind and gone above and beyond in the care they have given. Nothing ever seemed like it was too much trouble and all done with a smile and kindness. Thank you from all of us 🩷🩷🩷

My wife and I relied on carers from this company during a difficult time. Many were kind and hardworking, but several said the company treats staff poorly. They mentioned low pay, trouble getting holiday approved, and inadequate compensation for travel between patients. Some also depend on the job to maintain their UK residence permit. Families seeking care services should be aware of how this company treats its staff.

Bluebird carers are very professional and a pleasure to work with. I have worked with Irene for several months with a mutual patient. Irene is an excellent communicator. She cares for her clients and will go the extra mile to ensure they have everything they need. She understands the whole picture and her experience of working with this client group is evident in all the interactions we have had. I would very much recommend Bluebird care and would feel very confident in their ability to provide the best care for the patient.

I had to urgently arrange care at home for my mother following a spell in hospital and a care home. We had not had care at home before and I did not know what to expect. There was a comprehensive assessment and it was decided that carers would come 4 times a day with a waking night sitter. Our experience could not be better. Every carer is professional with a good understanding of my mother's Alzheimer's. They are skilled, very caring, attentive, detailed, kind, good humoured, patient and uplifting. I have every confidence in all who come. The office is great at communication and very timely in their responses to questions. I had hoped that care at home would work well. My hopes were far exceeded. It is everything I wished for and more. I do not hesitate to recommend Bluebird West Oxon to anyone seeking care for themselves or a loved one.

Natasha visited the Cholsey Day Centre and spent the Day Volunteering with our members. She had been here before, as she had bought previous members into the Day Centre when she had been supporting them. This was the first time she had experienced the centre for herself though. She was very cheerful and was great interacting with the members and helping them to participate in our activities. She had great empathy and showed compassion for everyone here. Thank you for your visit and you are welcome any time!!
