Manager

Lisa Houston, is the founder and registered manager of Camli Care, bringing over 16 years of hands on experience in the care sector and a deep commitment to supporting individuals to live independently, safely, and with dignity in their own homes. Since launching Camli Care in 2018, Lisa has led the organisation with compassion, professionalism, and a clear vision: to provide high quality, person centered care that truly makes a difference in people's lives. Her leadership is rooted in both expertise and empathy, having worked across a wide range of roles within the care industry. Lisa's approach is driven by the belief that every person deserves to be treated with respect, choice, and understanding, no matter their age or circumstances. Under her guidance, Camli Care has grown into a trusted, community focused provider known for it's consistent, reliable, and heartfelt care. As both owner and manager, Lisa remains closely involved in the day to day running of the service, building strong relationships with clients, families, and her dedicated team of carers. She continues to champion high standards, on going training, and a culture of kindness at every level of the organisation.

Aimee Tivey

Aimee Tivey is the Care Coordinator at Camli Care, and has been an integral part of the team for nearly 5 years. Starting her journey as a carer, Aimee quickly progressed to team leader before taking on her current role - a testament to her dedication, professionalism, and deep understanding of what quality care truly means. As the first point of contact for setting up new care packages, Aimee plays a vital role in welcoming new service users and ensuring their needs are fully understood and met with compassion and precision. Her hands on experience in care gives her a unique ability to match the right support with each individual, while also offering guidance and reassurance to families during what can often be a stressful time. Aimee is also a trusted and approachable contact for both service users and care staff, acting as a bridge between clients, carers, and management. Her calm and organised approach helps maintain smooth communication and high standards across all aspects of care delivery. Aimee's commitment to Camli Care's values and her passion for helping others make her a valued leader within the team and a key part of the organisations continued success.
