Homely Health Care is a home care provider, delivering support to people in Bournemouth and the surrounding area. We provide solutions to meet your needs as we believe that every individual is different and as a result your care and support must be person-centred.
We operate a robust recruitment and selection process which ensures that all staff are thoroughly referenced, DBS checked and appropriately trained to a high standard. Our friendly and approachable management team are on hand to help with any questions or issues you may have. In addition our Field Care Managers will visit you regularly in your home to ensure that the care you are receiving continues to be aligned with your wants and needs.
Services offered include:
- Assisting with the start of daily activities by helping you get up, washed, and dressed.
- Assisting in the preparation of meals with you or for you including assisting you during mealtimes.
- Care relating to personal hygiene including promotion of continence and management of incontinence.
- Assist in the administration and monitoring of medication.
- Support with your social activities such as going for walks, visiting family and friends, accessing the local community, and attending social activities.
- Shop with you or for you including assisting with putting your shopping away.
- Assist you with the end of day activities including helping you get ready for bed
Visits can be anything from a few hours a day to 24 hour live-in care, support and companionship.
