Manager

Alison has dedicated her life to the care profession since leaving school aged 16. She began working for Helping Hands Community Care as a care worker in 1995, working her way to Team Manager for the Cramlington area, progressing to Branch Manager in 2017. She has an Advanced Diploma in the Moving & Handling of People. At Nuliving she is responsible for ensuring the delivery of care service meets the standards set out by the CQC, being well led, safe, effective, responsive and overall caring. She strives to make ongoing continuous improvements to the service we provide through recruitment, training, effective team work, quality assurance and monitoring.
