“When my husband was needing palliative care at home this company were chosen by the NHS to help us. It was wonderful, so wonderful that if I ever hear of someone needing care this is the company that I would recommend without hesitation. All the carers we had were professional and compassionate, and it was such a help. I would go far as to say that they gave me the support and confidence to be able to care for my husband at home until he died. The carers always came and stayed for as long as was needed to do the job they had come for. The visit never felt rushed. You are very lucky if this is the care company that comes to help take of someone you love. They will make all the difference.”

“Mum and all of my workers are extremely pleased with the work that Claire is doing for and with me. She has changed my life for the better. I don’t know what I would do without her she is a Godsend. I’ve had many workers over the years and Claire’s the very best I’ve ever had. She is truly amazing. Thanks

I came into care after a career change from Hair and Beauty. I Knew I wanted to work within the care sector, so started off as a carer in a residential home. I then decided to go into specialist care and joined an agency, which led me to work with an Individual who suffered with a Brain injury. From that moment on I knew what my passion was. Supporting and making sure individuals from any walk of life got the support they truly needed. I have now been in the care industry for over 24years. I’ve worked my way up from a carer, a risk assessor to a Registered manager, and hopefully with working alongside Matt, Claire and Demi at Purelife I can still progress within this industry and within Purelife. What I love about care is the knowing we are making a difference to someone's day, making a difference to their mental state and supporting them with socialising and making every day count, just being an ear for them at times. My aim would always be to put our families clients first, to continue to keep them safe and to support them to remain in their own home for as long as they are able to.  I don’t look at our clients as if they are just a package, and just hours. I look at them as  human beings  and their quality of life means a great deal to me I love the fact that all staff are very much appreciated , I’ve not experienced working along side such a supportive caring management team before. From day one I could see that Purelife wasn’t driven by hours, or figures , Purelife is very much driven by quality of care. And that is very visible to see across the company. When I’m not at work I spend the majority of my time with my family, running around after my 2 year old son. From long walks, to feeding ducks, to visiting animal parks. I do  love to dance, can’t say I’m very good at it but like they say ‘Dance like no one is watching!’

Founder and Managing Director

“I started Pure Life Homecare in 2015 after my late Grandad had home care in London. The carers were good, but they didn’t really engage. They’d wander in from the kitchen with toast and tea, make some comment about the weather and they’d be off. It wasn’t their fault. They were overworked and under-appreciated. I just felt that care could be done so much more effectively by focussing on the carers. Yes, of course excellence in personal care is imperative which is why I made it one of our core values but it musn’t be forgotten people are sociable creatures. That’s why we emphasise the professional, personal and social aspect of care. When I’m not consumed by care I do have a few vices – Ducati’s (am I too young for a mid-life crisis?!), ardent Spurs fan (yes, I know – I did say vices!!), the occasional (very occasional) tough mudder, scuba diving (even once at Margate – hmmmm…Why?!). But ultimately it’s my amazing young family that keeps me grounded!”
