Radfield Home Care Chester & Ellesmere Port provides outstanding visiting care and live-in care to help people remain independent, safe, and connected in the comfort of their own home. The Chester & Ellesmere Port office was established in 2021 by Julie Scott, who wanted to bring Radfield Home Care’s legacy of high-quality, personalised home care to the Cheshire Area. The aim has always been to help older people age well at home whilst creating a supportive work environment for exceptional care professionals.

At Radfield Home Care Chester & Ellesmere Port, every care plan is personalised to suit each individual’s lifestyle, needs, and preferences. We provide expert care services that can support individuals affected by medical conditions such as dementia, Parkinson’s disease, stroke, cancer, and respiratory failure. Our team can also help people get out and about with companionship care and trips into the community. We are also equipped to offer flexible post-hospital discharge care, support getting home from appointments, respite for family carers, and live-in care packages.

Manager

Clare has over a decade of experience in adult social care, starting her career as a part-time Care Professional. After moving into the sector full-time, Clare progressed through roles including field care supervisor, assistant care manager, and now registered care manager. Having worked in every role within care, Clare has developed a deep understanding of the care journey and the day-to-day challenges care professionals face. The breadth of experience has given Clare a strong understanding of how care services operate, allowing her to provide the best possible support to both clients and their families.

The care provided by Radfields is 5stars and is 2nd to none. I cannot thank all the staff and nurses enough They all provided excellent care for my Dad for 9 months and i have no reservations about recommending Radfields care to anyone. The inevitable issues which will always arrive along the bumpy road of care where dealt with by Clare Harding in a way that can only can only be described as exemplary . So I'd like to thank you all at Radfields for looking after my Dad .

I highly recommend the Daycare sessions ran each Friday by Radfield. The sessions have helped our whole family. It's given dad a much needed break, us peace of mind that he's getting a break but most importantly it's a time that mum looks forward to. She recalls some of the sessions which is very unusual as she can't remember other new or recent events . This tells us that she feels safe and happy We love the videos, it enables us to show dad how happy mum is when she comes and reassures him she's fine and it is the right decision to let her attend. It also reminds mum about her visit, her friends and the activities she's done. Knowing mum is happy, getting the stimulation she needs, the amazing care she is given is helping us deal with the Ahlzeimers illness too. The Radfield Daycare sessions, and it's amazing team, have been a life line in more ways than you'll ever know.
