Julie and Frances have over thirty years’ experience in the care industry and both have qualifications ranging from NVQ 2 to Diploma level 5.
They enjoy going out and working alongside their care staff at times, which enables them to have first-hand contact with their service users and allows them to witness their staff delivering the high standard of care they expect.
Due to having personal experience of home care services for family members Frances decided the standard of care being given could have been better. The idea for Sisterly Care Ltd was born, she just had to convince Julie!
